Dance is the freedom to express yourself through movement. It is meant to challenge your physicality while learning codified methodology of specific styles of dance. My teaching and choreography style is a mix of modern, jazz, ballet and contemporary.
I have a strong devotional connection to supporting the community. Seva is a Sanskrit word that describes the act of selfless service. Seva is an act of compassion and care for others above oneself. Learn more about the organizations I choose to give back to.
